The Golem of Gaza
Folk Horror - Feature Length
Where there is ruin, hope grows.
In this prequel to The Slaughter, we travel back in time to 1947 during the occupation of Palestine. A peaceful olive tree farmer is killed defending his orchard from an Israeli tank. His brother, a leader in the resistance, seeks the aid of the village mystics who transforms the farmer into a monstrous, vengeful Golem!
Much like Pan's Labyrinth, The Golem of Gaza narrates an alternate reality where the historic events of war collide with the supernatural fables of the Holy Land.
